Free regular parcel shipping (4 - 6 business days). Please allow 2 - 3 additional business days for deliveries to rural areas. Orders are shipped preferably via Canada Post or available courier.
Canadian customers may choose priority shipping (2 - 3 business days) for a flat rate of $20 dollars.
US customers may choose priority shipping (4 - 5 business days) for a flat rate of $20 dollars.
Leather Sensations is not responsible for delivery delays that may occur as a result of poor weather conditions and parcel volume.
We ship everywhere around the globe. A flat rate of $30 dollars (6 - 7 business days).
Please be aware that any customs fees should be paid by customers.
If you didn't love what you ordered or if something isn't right, let us know and we will give you a full refund of the item price.
You can return any item that is in its original condition by mail, within 30 days from receiving the item (60 days during Christmas season). All merchandise must be in new and unused condition. Once we receive the returned package, please allow 7 to 10 business days to process the refund.
Credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment used to purchase the item(s). The credit should appear on your next statement.
Failure to return the product in its original condition will result in the return being rejected and the item returned to the customer.
